How delivery, payment, exchanges and returns work.
How orders work
You place your order by sending us your cart on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm that your items are in stock, the delivery charge for your PIN code and when to expect delivery. Your order is confirmed once you've agreed to the total and paid.
Delivery
- We deliver within India.
- Delivery charges and timelines depend on your location and are shared with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Once your order ships, we'll send you the courier and tracking details where available.
To fill in: typical dispatch time (e.g. within 2 business days), delivery times, and any free-delivery threshold.
Payment
We share payment options on WhatsApp when we confirm your order. Nothing is charged on this website.To fill in: the payment methods you accept (e.g. UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery).
Exchanges and returns
If something doesn't fit, or arrives damaged or wrong, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
To fill in: your return/exchange window (e.g. 7 days from delivery), who pays return shipping, and how refunds are made.
